On my machine , enter a character on "enter text" and press "Ok"
,and second comma automatically input "ENTER". On "or a number"
textbox, I can enter number two times.

the program ",.,." does not produce any error with BFdev 1.4.6 on my
machine. The value "10" is correct if you press ENTER, because the default
setting of BFdev is to interpret ENTER as the ASCII value "10" (new line).
So, "10" is placed in memory.
